Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions set out our respective rights and obligations. Once you book your event (which hereinafter will include any day trip, adventure or weekend trip booked with Let’s Go), by default, you accept these terms and conditions.

Once ‘Let’s Go’ confirms your booking, a contract is made between ‘Let’s Go’ and you on the terms and conditions set out below. ‘Let’s Go’ hereinafter referred to as ‘we’, will only confirm your booking once we have received full payment for your event.

  1. Booking
    1. Once full payment is made you will be allocated a place/places on the particular event and a confirmation emailed to you. This is your confirmation of booking. This should be printed and kept for own reference.
    2. Once you book your event, you accept and abide by these terms and conditions.
    3. We accept no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then you must ask us to resend the email confirmation of the event(s) you have paid for.
    4. All internet bookings – and any bookings made by any other method - will be confirmed by email.
    5. We reserve the right to sell any places that have been reserved but for which we have not had full payment.
    6. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check the accuracy of dates booked upon receipt of their paperwork for any Let’s Go event booked by the passenger.
  2. Insurance
    1. There is no travel or liability insurance cover included in the price of the event
    2. We take no responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred whilst you are taking part in any optional activities that are outside the Let’s Go package sold to you. We strongly recommend that, where appropriate, and where you see fit, you take out insurance cover before you travel for any of the following : cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability. In addition, we accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings at any time during the duration of your event.
  3. Cancellation and refunds
    1. You are entitled to a full refund only if you give us a full 14 working days notice of your intention to cancel for a day trip or event, and a full 14 working days notice for a weekend trip.
    2. Cancellation of your booking must be sent by email to Let’s Go.
    3. Unfortunately, once a ticketed event is booked, Let's Go is unable to make any refund
    4. If you choose to cancel within 5 or 10 working days before the start of your day trip/event or weekend trip, no refunds will be granted. However, you may choose to transfer your event to another event (subject to availability). Permission to do this up to 48 hours before departure is subject to an administration fee of £10 for a day trip/event or £20 for a weekend trip and is entirely at the discretion of the Let’s Go.
    5. Events already booked cannot be cancelled and rebooked where special offers are made available.
    6. Any refund which has been agreed with Let’s Go will be processed within 28 days.
  4. Changes by us
    1. We reserve the right to change our itineraries at any time and at our discretion. We will endeavour to avoid this unless necessary, and if we do, we will substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value.
    2. We reserve the right to change our itinerary in the case of events outside the control of Let’s Go. This includes outbreaks of any contagious diseases, revolution, national or local strikes and/or protests, social disorder, political unrest.
    3. Let's Go reserves the right to amend and/or alter its terms and conditions at any time without notice
    4. We reserve the right to launch amended brochures in the public domain at any time.
  5. Travelling
    1. Whilst travelling with Let’s Go, we expect our passengers to respect all laws, by-laws and customs of the place being visited.
    2. Your Let’s Go representative may need to make a decision in the interests of safety. It is a condition of bookings that you comply with the authority and decisions of the appointed representative of Let’s Go. We reserve the right to refuse to allow you to continue the event. In such a case we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any additional costs incurred by you. We cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others on your event nor if any facilities are curtailed as a result of their actions.
    3. It is your responsibility to meet the Let’s Go transport at the pre-arranged points and times which will be notified on its various marketing literature. Let’s Go will not be liable if any service leaves or arrives later than its specified time. However, Let’s Go will endeavour to ensure that departure and arrival times are met as closely as possible but will of course be dependant on the general traffic.
  6. Your obligations and responsibilities
    1. You must inform us by email of any medical condition that’s requires attention or medication before your event commences.
    2. When travelling abroad, it is your responsibility to have all necessary visas, passports, permits and certificates required for your selected itinerary as well as any necessary vaccinations and to comply with all applicable laws.
    3. During your event, your representative may take photographs and video of you (as part of a group) while you are a passenger and these may be used in our Group brochures and/or advertising and publicity material without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of such photographs and/or video.
    4. When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid at the time direct to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions.
    5. You are obliged to respect the statutory rights of residents living within and around any of the destinations being visited during your event.
    6. We expect you, at all times to show courtesy and respect to your driver/guide and more importantly to the other passengers.
  7. Complaints
    1. In the event that you wish to make a formal complaint against Let’s Go, please inform the Let’s Go representative at the time. If the matter cannot be resolved immediately or during your trip, your complaint should be made in writing, or by email, to Let’s Go as soon as is reasonably possible after your event, but within 30 days thereof so that your complaint can be investigated. Let’s Go will not consider any claims after the 30-day period. You will be assured of respect and courtesy whilst your complaint is being dealt with.
  8. Weather Conditions
    1. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions. No ticket can be cancelled or amended by you at any time on the basis of weather conditions. We accept no responsibility for weather conditions that may affect the delivery and implementation of Let’s Go’s itinerary.
  9. No Smoking Policy
    1. Smoking is not permitted on any vehicle being used for any of Let’s Go’s events.
  10. General
    1. This contract and all matters arising out of it are governed by English law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises out of or in connection with this contract or your event will be dealt with by the Courts of the United Kingdom only. Changes to these Booking Conditions will only be valid if agreed by Let’s Go in writing or by email.
    2. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our website, brochures and other printed material at the time of being published or going to print. However, Let’s Go cannot be held responsible for printing and typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.
    3. Errors and omissions in any/all of our marketing material excepted.
